LumGem offers a 30-day return window. Contact Customer Care within 30 days of delivery and receive return instructions before sending jewelry back.
Email [email protected] with the order number and reason for the return.
Wait for the return destination and packaging guidance before shipping anything.
The returned piece is matched to the order and inspected. After approval, LumGem processes the refund to the original payment method within 7 days.
Return condition
Returns must be unused, unworn and unaltered, with the original packaging and included records. If an item arrived incorrect or visibly damaged, contact us promptly and retain the packaging.
Return shipping and destination
Returns are accepted by mail. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Approved returns must be sent to: LumGem Returns, Su’ao Industrial Park, Shuyang County, Suqian, Jiangsu 223600, China. Contact Customer Care before shipping so the return can be authorized and identified correctly.
Refund timing
After inspection and approval, LumGem processes the refund to the original payment method within 7 days. The bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears after it is issued.
Need a different size or configuration?
LumGem does not offer direct exchanges. Complete the authorized return and place a new order after receiving guidance from Customer Care.
This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
