LumGem offers a 30-day return window. Contact Customer Care within 30 days of delivery and receive return instructions before sending jewelry back.
Email [email protected] with the order number and reason for the return.
Wait for the return destination and packaging guidance before shipping anything.
The returned piece is matched to the order and reviewed before an eligible refund or other resolution is confirmed.
Keep the order together
Keep the jewelry, packaging and included records together while the request is reviewed. If an item arrived incorrect or visibly damaged, contact us promptly and retain the packaging. Do not repair, resize or alter the piece through another party before LumGem reviews the concern.
Refund timing
After LumGem issues an approved refund, the bank or payment provider controls how long the credit takes to appear. Shipping a package without instructions can delay identification and review.
Need a different size or configuration?
Contact Customer Care before returning the original item or placing a replacement order. The available path depends on the product, selected configuration and current order status.
