These Terms govern use of the LumGem website and purchases made through it. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them.

Store information

Product pages describe the jewelry currently represented for sale. Colors and scale can appear different across screens, so written specifications, selected options and the order summary should be reviewed before purchase. We do not authorize invented scarcity, product facts, certification or discount claims.

Orders, pricing and availability

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order can be declined or canceled when required for availability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, legal restrictions or an inability to fulfill the selected configuration. Prices, promotions and availability can change before an order is placed. Applicable totals are shown during checkout.

Payment

Available payment methods are provided through the checkout and the relevant payment service. Your use of a payment method may also be governed by that provider’s terms. Do not send payment credentials by email.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Estimated delivery is not a guaranteed arrival date. Review our Shipping, Return & Refund and Lifetime Warranty pages, which form part of these Terms.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, scrape protected personal or order information, submit unlawful content or use the site to violate another person’s rights.

Intellectual property

LumGem names, original site design, copy, graphics and other brand materials are owned by LumGem or used with permission. These Terms do not grant a right to copy, resell or create misleading associations with the brand.

SMS program terms

Enrollment in LumGem text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchase. By entering a mobile number and clicking the SMS subscription button, you request recurring LumGem marketing and promotional texts, including cart reminders, at the number provided, including messages sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be the account holder or have permission to enroll the number. See our Privacy Policy for information about how contact and consent data are handled.

Third-party services and links

The site can rely on or link to third-party services. Those services control their own systems and terms. A link does not make LumGem responsible for unrelated third-party content or practices.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided without a promise that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free. LumGem does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation is applied only to the extent permitted under applicable law.
